Refund policy

All JTullis Knives have a lifetime warranty. I stand behind my work.

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
If a knife fails under normal use due to material flaws or a manufacturing defect it will be repaired or replaced by JTullis Knives free of charge to the owner. (If a replacement is needed it will be as close to the original piece as possible)
Abuse or neglect may void the warranty. (If you modify your knife it will void the warranty) JTullis Knives reserves the right to a final decision in any gray areas. Please email me with any questions.
